Thanks to it, your VPS will be entered in our custom–developed server monitoring software system, which will keep an eye on all the key services. And in case of any service trouble, our server admins will be alerted momentarily and they will fix the trouble as quickly as possible.

This is why our company offers you our Optional Admin Services package – we pledge to maintain a full backup copy of your VPS hosting plan, not just of your sites and hosted content, but of all the custom modifications that you have added. Our backup scripts are run each and every week, retaining all the configurations that you have made during that time period.

  • When using a VPS Hosting Plan, you will have total freedom to install any kind of script or service on your it. Still, a part of the scripts are more difficult to run and may require some additional configuration from you. That’s where our Optional Admin Services offer will come in real handy. It features 30 min of installation & trouble–shooting duties – it means that you will be able to literally hire one of our qualified server admins for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any software application that you need. And/or have him fix a trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

    The Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans and it is an extra feature with our KVM VPS Hosting Plans.
