We know from experience that changing hosting providers can result in lost info and unnecessary downtime. For this reason, we will perform all that for you for free!We have highly qualified administrators whose main task is to make sure that your site performs exactly as it did on your previous web hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in transferring custom–built web sites, as well as web sites that are based upon well–known web apps such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: While we can’t give you an exact time frame, because there are many variables, among them the physical size of the web files and databases, the physical location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the current workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll try our very best to migrate your site within 48 hours, and in certain cases – within 24 hours (if the content is not large).

A: We will need the login information for your current web hosting provider’s Control Panel along with the website’s name (domain name).

A: In order for us to start the migration of your hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share the very same details you have given to your present hosting provider. We also have an extremely rigid Privacy Policy, which describes how private information is tackled.

A: While we transfer your site, it will be available both in your web hosting account with us and in your account with your former web hosting provider. A: We can transfer your website from any hosting provider or any Linux–powered web hosting platform given that we can acquire access to the Control Panel and there’s FTP access available.The only websites that we cannot transfer are those based on closed–source software applications such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
